Riku Dold III was a former king of Dressrosa before he was taken down by the throne by Donquixote Doflamingo. He entered the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi under the pseudonym "Ricky". He is the father of Scarlett and Viola, and grandfather of Rebecca.
Appearance
Dold is a parent, but has a nice and muscular body. In his disguise as Ricky, he wore a dark purple robe with a picture of a skull on the back, and a silver helmet that covered his entire face; which also has a design like fire on it. A crack in the helmet was obtained during the fight in block B showing that he had a thick brown mustache and a beard.
Dold later revealed his identity in a cellar under the colossum and proved to have a beard, mustache and thick eyebrows. It has hair that encircles the back of its head and has some hair standing in the middle. He also has a stitch scar that extends right from the top of his left eyebrow to the top of his head.
While still serving as King of Dressrosa, he still had all the parts of his hair, which were still dark. Hair on the face and eyebrows also have the same color. Riku's clothes at that time were usually always covered with royal coats.
Personality
Dold is someone who is very proud. He refused to be treated for his injuries after the defeat in block B.
Although modern society hates its name, the fighters sent by several kingdoms from the New World to fight in the colosseum all showed admiration and respect for the Dold, because of a peaceful and prosperous government when he was still the king of Dressrosa. For those who know Dold, he looks like a noble and strong person. Because he felt he had failed to protect his kingdom from Doflamingo, Dold said that he was not worthy of being called a king.
Strength and ability
Unlike other trained gladiators in the colosseum, Dold did not fight using a shield, but instead used an old sword that was blunt with both hands. His ability to use swords was so good that some gladiators thought that Dold was from Wano Country. He managed to knock out some contestants with a blunt sword swing, until Blue Gilly beat him with a kick towards his head.
During the battle, he as Ricky looks far beyond the other gladiators in block B in terms of speed, something similar to Soru Rokushiki's technique. He has also shown to have high endurance and rapid recovery when he is able to stand back after the fight and walk alone without help.

King in Dressrosa
When Kyros was fifteen, Dold tried to talk to him face to face after he killed two people in a fight. During this meeting, Kyros hit Dold on the head. Even so, the king told his soldiers to retreat and asked Kyros to come with him. He then watched Kyros fight in the Corrida Colosseum as a gladiator.
Decline of the Throne
One night, Doflamingo appeared in Riku Dold's room. Riku recognized him as a descendant of the Donquixote Family and commented on his achievements as a pirate, which included stealing money from the World Nobles and extorting the World Government to reach the position of the Shichibukai. Doflamingo stated his demands, asking for 10 billion berries the following night in exchange for leaving the country itself. Riku panics at first, but then decides there is no other way if she wants to avoid war. He gathered the army and asked them to collect all of the citizens' money, without telling the people the situation.
Just as the money is collected, Doflamingo, from behind the scenes, uses the Devil Fruit's ability to control Riku and makes him rampage in the city of Sebio. As panic and confusion spread throughout the kingdom, Doflamingo continued to take control of the army as well, making them attack innocent civilians against their will.
Dressrosa Arc
During the appearance of chaos between Bellamy and the power of the Kingdom of Prodence, Ricky was confronted with three opponents, two of which were known to be strange forces and orthodox fighting methods. When they wonder whether or not he is a samurai from Wano's Land, he disengages from his current opponents and sends them with blinding speed, so many in the audience question who he might be. His identity was questioned especially with an old man who claimed to have the feeling of seeing an old warrior with such a fighting style.
