Yarisugi is a marine commodity from G-5 Unit 06.
Appearance
Yarisugi is an average-sized, muscular man who wears a round hat with small black edges and the words "5" in front of him. His hair is brown in a circle and has a slightly thick mouth that is surrounded by a black mustache and beard, and a scar on his left cheek. In his layered fur coat, he wore a ribbon attached to his dark colored underwear which was connected to half a thigh with the "G-5" Marine symbol. He has three circular badges with blue stars, two on the right side of his coat, and one on the left. He also carried a sword tied to a large belt tied diagonally on his chest. He also wears shoes made of metal.
Personality
Yarisugi is a hard, suitable Navy image of the G-5 branch where he works. He was unaware of the alleged case of a child dying around the island of Punk Hazard which was actually a kidnapping case by Caesar Clown, he was seen kicking one of the residents who asked him to help find their children. He also tends to exaggerate things, such as saying, "too" in almost every word. Like most other G-5 navies, Yarisugi enjoys torturing pirates. After Jinbe put Caribou at the base near the G-5 Branch, Yarisugi immediately came and thought of ideas about how to torture him in the most cruel way possible.
Ability and strength
As a Commodore-level Navy, he has command over low-ranking soldiers. He, along with the Navy of the G-5, were strong enough to try to defeat the impressive Fugitive Coribou 90190,000,000, as well as the rest of the other Caribou Pirates. Although in the end Coribou and the rest of the other Caribou Pirates were seen returning to pick up his Captain Caribou with Navy warships.

He was seen on a certain island in the New World, telling parents who had lost their children that all their children died in accidents at sea.
Caribou Kehihihihi in the New World
After Jinbe brought and put Caribou on the G-5 Branch, Caribou found himself in the clutches of Yarisugi. Yarisugi holds a Caribou poster while imagining several torture methods used by G-5. When Yarisugi and his men were about to burn Caribou there, the Caribou Pirates suddenly came to help Caribou. He was involved in a battle and was stabbed in the chest with a shovel. Then the G-5 Navy tried to defeat the Caribou Pirates. However, Caribou managed to escape and left his crew including his own brother Coribou. Then Yarisugi holds Coribou by drawing his sword while Caribou still leaves him. In the end Coribou and the rest of the other Caribou Pirates were seen returning to pick up the Captain Caribou with the Navy warship.
