Nero is the newest member of CP9. He was first introduced to Puffing Tom, where he helped to escort Nico Robin to Enies Lobby.
Appearance
Nero is a slightly pale, slim person, and wearing striking clothing consisting of dark brown T-shirts, orange pants, shoes and decorated hats decorated with red feathers. He has two necklaces on his neck, a simple one consisting of green beads, and another larger and quadrilateral, which consists of many red gems linked together. He wears gloves on his left hand, and a wristband. He has a certain hairstyle, with a bald top crossed by three strips like Mohawk.
Personality
He is very arrogant, thinking that just because he knows four forms of six Rokushiki forms, he can become "superman" (referring to the CP9 unit).
Ability and Authority
Because Nero was a new recruit, he could only use four of the six Rokushiki techniques: Soru, Geppo, Kami-e, and Rankyaku. His lack of Tekkai and Shigan made him not to block strong attacks and penetrate opponents that he could not balance, he avoided enemy attacks be careful with Soru, Geppo, and Kami-e, for the attacks he did by cutting down the Rankyaku style, he used a pair of pistols. He was at least skilled enough to have one variation of Rankyaku.

Nero then continues to try to fight Franky and states he will kill him, but Lucci will not allow this, because they only have to arrest him. Lucci then gave Nero three seconds to escape, where Lucci's fastest point took him out with five Shigan attacks. Lucci then personally expelled him from CP9. It is not known whether Nero lived or died, because Lucci was very skilled, shots of a type killer made Nero's body injured and thrown into the sea during the Aqua Laguna, one of the biggest storms in the world.
