Peeply Lulu is one of the main foremen of Dock 1 Galley-La Company in Water 7 [1]. His specialty as shipbuilders is bubung, hoist and blacksmith.
Appearance
Peeply Lulu is a muscular man with black hair and mustache and always wears sunglasses. He has a part of the hair sticking out. When he pushes it down, it always appears in other places like the other side of his head, mustache, hands or other people's head parts. The upper part of his body is covered with complex tattoos, green on the chest and red on the arms. He wears pants that have brighter colored lines at the waist and at the top of the feet and standard shoes. During a trip on Rocketman, he was seen wearing a brightly colored sleeveless shirt not buttoned and carrying a pair of katanas on his back.
Personality
Lulu seems to be very serious about her job as a shipbuilder and she cares deeply about her coworkers or employers.
Although serious, Lulu can also act funny without realizing it. He can bring out the sticking part of his hair to other parts in order to distract his interlocutor. He also suffered a nose bleed with Tilestone after seeing Nami changing clothes at Rocketman.
Ability and Strength
Like his foreman colleagues, Lulu has extraordinary physical strength. He was able to hit Luffy's rubber body with a strong kick, and also showed great combat skills.
As a fighter, he often uses a pair of weapons, each in both hands. The weapon he uses is changing; like swords, rifles and saws.
He can also use his hair in battle to make hair come out of someone's nose to distract them, making them open to attack.
History
Water 7
He was first seen with all the other foremen against the chaotic Mikazuki Pirates in Dock 1 [1]. After Iceburg realized from his unconscious, he and five Galley-La workers went looking for Luffy to Dock 1. They stopped attacking when Frank used a Coup de Vent to destroy Dock 1, causing interference and allowing the two to flee. Later that night, they guard the Galley La headquarters to protect Iceburg from the next attempt. When the chaos began, he met Kalifa in a mask and was beaten before he escaped.
Enies Lobby
Lulu, Tilestone and Paulie quietly rode the Rocketman to Enies Lobby. The foremen, the straw hat crew and the Franky Family then agreed to form an alliance. When the group arrived at Enies Lobby. The foremen and the Franky Family fight Oimo and Kashi. Lulu and Tilestone held Kashi's shoulders and hammered his face to the ground. He and the other foreman helped resist the attack on the Hobantai Dog Unit. After the straw hat crew fought the CP9, they were defeated and bound by marine officers. After the Buster Call attack, they can escape using Tom's Puffing train and return to Water 7.
Post Enies Lobby
Lulu and Tyleston and Paulie help Franky and Iceburg build the Thousand Sunny.
Two years later
Lulu is seen after the timeskip with other Dock 1 employees for the opening of the new Sea Train, Puffing Ice.
