Itomimizu is a member of the Foxy Pirates, acting as the official announcer and commentator of the 'Davy Back Fight' game, he is often seen riding a large sparrow named Chuchun.
Appearance
Itomimizu is the average size of an ordinary person. He has a round pink nose, no chin and a big mouth. He wears a purple shirt, yellow gloves, bright yellow pants, black boots. Like the other Foxy crew, he also wears his typical face mask and hat.
As a match official, he carried a bag containing a Den Den Mushi which functioned as a microphone. Sometimes he climbs large sparrows, Chuchun to get a wider view.
Personality
As an announcer for Davy Back Fight, Itomimizu's comments are quite objective, although they are clearly leaning towards their own crew. He praised the cheating method of Foxy's crew and on the other hand, said badly meant to disturb the straw hat crew, especially Nami during the "Donut Race" round. However, he did not hesitate to praise the ability of the straw hat crew.

During the Davy Back Fight game, Itomimizu acted as official match announcer and commentator. He also announced the challenges of each round and explained the rules. Sometimes he rides the giant Chuchun sparrow to get a better view.
