Iceburg (ア イ ス バ ー グ Aisubāgu?) Is the mayor of Water 7 as well as president of Galley-La Company, the best shipping company in the world. During his youth, Iceburg was a famous shipman apprentice, Tombersama Franky.
Appearance
Iceburg is a tall man with blue hair and similar colored lips (despite being crimson in the anime). He was well-dressed with red and orange stripes over an orange shirt buttoned with wide collars, black trousers and black shoes. Past
