Foxy the Silver Fox is the captain of the Foxy Pirate group. He is famous for his pirate game "Davy Back Fight". He is the main antagonist in the story of Pulau Long Ring Long.
Appearance
Foxy is a short, round middle aged man with small arms and legs. His hair is unique in style which is divided in two like tapering up. He has thick pointed brows, pointed ears, looks like he always grins and a red nose, long like Usoppdan Kaku's. In general, his appearance depicts a fox figure.
Foxy usually wears orange-yellow pants with suspenders and a large buckle on the edge, tucked inside black boots. He wore a complicated design necklace hanging in front of his chest, with many circular orange and yellow pendants. He also wore a fur coat, with a large collar and large buttons on the right side. The coat is purple in the anime, while the manga is drawn in silver.
Characteristics
Foxy is famous for the game "Davy Back Fight"; some kind of game contest conducted between pirate groups. For the winning team, you can steal your favorite crew to be recruited. And Foxy is good at winning, he can do anything including cheating and cheating. Most members of the Foxy crew joined him because he won them in this contest. Even so, they seemed very enthusiastic after joining the crew and enjoying the atmosphere inside the Foxy Pirates. They were also wholeheartedly entertained and always supported the Foxy captain or other crew each time competing in the Davy Back Fight.
Foxy is very confident in his abilities. He always wins every match with a record of 920 wins, before being defeated by a straw hat crew. But he is very sensitive to any insults or criticism. Every word that strikes from someone else causes him to be immediately depressed, and usually he ends up losing his footing and becomes paralyzed and falls to the ground, while a black cloud suddenly appears above his head. Luckily he could recover quickly if anyone gave him words of support or comforted him to make him happy again.

He was called "Oyabin" (which means "boss" in Japanese) by all members of his crew. His subordinates seemed to idolize him, often commenting in admiration for technique and fraud, and always supporting him. He was almost always accompanied by Porche and Hamburg, the first seemed to care deeply for the captain and always comforted him when he was depressed, while the second only began to laugh in improper situations.

Unlike the other straw hat crew enemies, Foxy was only involved in a feud in the game contest. For this he is very proficient in fraud or various other frauds.
