Saint Charloss is one of the World Nobles. He is the son of Saint Roswald and older brother of Saint Shalulia.

Charloss has the same hairstyle as his father and sister. He has a wide face and mustache spots around his thick lips. He is always seen as having snot hanging in one of his nostrils, which is regularly pulled back.
As a Tenryubito, he wore a distinctive suit that resembled a space suit with medals on it, and a bubble that gave him the oxygen supply so as not to breathe the same air as commoners.
Personality
Charloss is more like a spoiled child than his younger sibling and has no sense of responsibility. His personality can be compared to Helmeppo when Luffy first met him, although it seemed worse. He has a habit of ignoring commoners like his father and younger brother, but he cannot act as mature and cruel as they are. He also has the habit of picking his nose. While his family showed the commoners where they were when the family passed, Charloss accidentally left the road. He made his slave suffer as his sister did, but his younger brother only shot his slave while Charloss confined his slave until he fainted, then sold it to make sure the slave's suffering continued. He also seems to have a strong desire to be recognized by his father, because Charloss always wants what he does seen by the father and confesses his actions.
He also often wasted money, committed to spending an unclear amount of money to buy Keimised, he only wanted to see him to be placed in an aquarium full of piranhas and watch Keimi swim in it to survive. [4] He generally does not want to bother with things that are detailed and leaves his accomplices to deal with those issues such as documents.
Strength and ability
As a World Noble he can do whatever he wants and call an Admiral, if he feels disadvantaged. He seems to have pretty good vision when he can see Zoro's fast movements but can be defeated by Luffy with just one hit, indicating that he is physically weak.

He was first seen sitting on the back of a slave, who was forced by him to crawl like a horse. Because the exhausted man began to walk slowly, Charloss tortured him. Apart from that man, he had several uniformed people (not a slave, but more like a World Government employee) and two slave girls beside him.
When a group of doctors wanted to take the man in front of him to the hospital, Charloss ordered him to stop. When the doctors said that the man was dying, Charloss kicked the man hard on the ground, planning to "help him" to die, because he believed that respecting himself was more important than the man's life. When he saw a nurse, Marie, weeping for the man, Charloss said that Marie would be the thirteenth wife, ordering the five previous wives to return to being ordinary people. Charloss took him forcibly even though Marie refused. A man stands up, begging Charloss not to take Marie away, because Marie is his fiancee, but Charloss instead shoots him, angry that the man dared to stand in front of him.
