Blueno is a CP9 agent who disguised himself as a bartender in Water 7. After the Enies Lobby incident, he helped his colleagues escape and become fugitives of the World Government.
Appearance
He is a big tall man with black hair resembling a bull's horn. During his time as a bartender, he wore a black and yellow polka-dot shirt with an apron in front. During an attempt to attack Iceburg, he wore a plaid pattern robe with a beaded necklace and wore two masks. First he wears a woman's mask when kidnapping Nico Robin then wears a bear mask to meet Iceburg at night. As a CP9 agent, he wore a black suit like the others.
In SBS Volume 44, it was revealed that when Blueno was young, he was a baseball lover. It is similar to its current age, except its appearance is slightly younger, slightly bearded and bandages at the right corner of its forehead. His body looked a little big and looked overweight during training around Roger's execution time, but his limbs were slightly thinner during SBS's explanation.

Blueno has the power of Devil Fruit Prayer Prayer no Mi, a type of Paramecia that allows him to make a door on any surface by touching it. He can even create an "air gate", a door in the air itself, which leads to another dimension, which allows him to travel long distances and enter places safely where his opponents are unable to reach. Blueno was also able to make a door on people, and did it on Luffy's face causing him to spin like a revolving door. In battle, Blueno also uses the door to move freely through the entire environment, places himself for a sneak attack, and even creates a small door where he traps the legs of his opponents.
