Appearance
Sugar looks like a young girl, but is actually much older. This is caused by the ofek of his Devil Fruit during Dressrosa takeovers. He wore a brightly colored dress with a veil that had ears like a bear.
When he was underground, he wore a dark hooded robe with ears like a bear and a small crown.
In the anime series, he has green hair, pink eye glasses, a white dress with blue spots and open-toed sandals.
Personality
Not much was known about his personality, but because he helped Doflamingo take over the Kingdom of Dressrosa, and some residents of Dressrosa became Toys, although they knew that anyone who knew them would forget them. He can be considered to be a person with evil intentions.
Sugar is seen enjoying a candy while putting candy on his fingers. He has also addressed the traits of childish behavior, as seen when he ran around the palace in search of Young Master (Doflamingo) after he left for Punk Hazard.
Sugar looks quite unconcerned about the events that are happening around, because he shows no reaction when Baby 5 attacks Doflamingo.
