The rampo is the dwarf of the Kingdom of Tontatta which first appeared in Green Bit. He was the deputy commander of the Tontatta Kingdom forces with Bomba, under the command of Leo.
Appearance
Rampos, like all the other dwarves, are very small. He has a long, pointed nose and a wide mouth with a dominant lower lip. He wears a dark colored jacket that has buttons, a bright scarf, black boots, and dark pants that have holes for the tail. He also wears a big hat, similar to Absalom, which has a dark "v" shaped design on it.
Personality
In all of his performances so far he has been shown to often frown, indicating that he has a firm personality.
Ability and Strength
He has the speed and characteristics of the dwarf's strength, as seen when he and Leo steal clothes and defeat Doflamingo's two men.
He has been shown to have an ability called "Tontatta Tail Hammer", which is strong enough to knock down normal people and get him stuck to the ground, as seen being used against some of Doflamingo's subordinates to sneak into the Tower where Sugar is located.
Weapon
Rampo was seen carrying a spear, like the other dwarves. But his expertise is not yet known in using the weapon.
History
Dressrosa Arc
After capturing Usopp and Robin and taking them to the kingdom of Tontatta, Rampo is seen with another dwarf searching Robin's body while he is sewn on the ground. They release Robin when he promises that he won't hurt them. However, because he could not provide weapons, the dwarves tried to strip him naked. Flapper stopped them, saying that they were friends of "heroes".
The dwarves then ask Usopp to help them fight the Donquixote Pirates who have many unpleasant surprises. The dwarf army assembles while carrying Usopp and Robin together, a journey through the underground passageway for the Royal Riku HQ Army is located under a field of flowers where they meet the Thunder Soldier.
The rebels planned to attack the underground world and free all workers there, including the 500 dwarves captured by Doflamingo. Their number one target is Sugar, a devil user who can turn someone into a toy.
When it was time to start the operation, they traveled through a tunneleoLeo and Rampo used the Hammerrahasia Tontatta Tail and infiltrated the trading port. After the Thunder Soldier separated from them to go to the king's palace, the dwarves continued with their plan to kidnap Sugar. After Usopp was discovered by Doflamingo's two subordinates, the dwarves disarmed them. While they are confused, Rampo and Leo defeat them. After Usopp and Robin wear disguises, the rebels make their way to the central tower where Sugar is located.
