Kalifa is a CP9 agent disguised as the secretary of Iceburg in Water 7. She is the only female member in CP9.
Appearance
Slender Kalifa, beautiful woman with blue eyes, blond hair and wearing glasses. Her long hair reaches her shoulder when she disguises herself and continues to grow to her back after years spent there tied up as a bun. After his mission ended, he then let his hair fall free and fell.
During the disguise, Kalifa was dressed like a secretary with a long yellow jacket, short blouse and high heels. During the attack on Iceburg's office, she wore a mask and a long red robe and light purple gloves and scarves on a bright orange dress (in the anime, the gloves were dark brown, the dress was whiter and the dress was yellow).
