Fukuro was a member of CP9 and was the last member to be introduced by his man.
Appearance
Big and round Fukuro and has a zipper in its mouth that must be opened if you want to talk. He wore a black suit with a tie and white handkerchief, green straight hair, purple dimples on his cheeks and strands of hair on his chin.
Fukuro has held a black belt in martial arts that was not named since a young age. He also has a zipper in his mouth since he was a child, so it can be assumed that he was actually born with it.
Ability and Strength
As a CP9, he is classified as a super human with Doriki of 800 [4] and has mastered the six Rokushiki techniques.

Fukuro has special abilities that can measure one's level of fighting ability. The magnitude is expressed in the Doriki value by means of rough physical contact to him.

Fukuro claims he is a master of Soru engineering, and is the first CP9 member to have used any moving variations. He said that in this way he was like an owl, not seen and heard by his prey until they were too late to realize.
